Description
LC-E232 is a 250⁰F (121⁰C) foaming epoxy film adhesive specifically designed for splicing honeycomb or pre-bonding honeycomb to various materials within a sandwich construction. LC-E232 is supplied as a supported film at approximately .050”thick with an expansion rate of 2-3 times its original thickness.
Advantages
LC-E232 can be cured with most 250⁰ F (121⁰ C) to 350⁰ F (176⁰ C) systems. LC-E232 is designed to evenly transfer load from one section of core to the other While filling the void between exterior skin facings. LC-E232 is designed for non-sag and non-slump.

Processing/Cure Cycle Recommendations
LC-E232 can be processed at temperatures from a 250⁰F (121⁰C) cure for 60 minutes to 350⁰F.(176⁰C.) for 20 minutes. A 250⁰F (121⁰C) cure for 60 minutes is optimal in most cases.
